1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and BigCash77 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") with respect to your access to and use of the online gaming services available at bigcash77.cam.

3 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the account registration process on BigCash77, ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the Platform, you expressly confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Your acceptance is effective from the date of your first interaction with the Platform and continues for the duration of your relationship with BigCash77. If you are registering on behalf of another individual or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual or entity to these Terms. 4 Account Eligibility

5 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the BigCash77 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may be suspended, with funds withheld pending investigation. Players detected operating duplicate accounts in order to claim multiple welcome bonuses may have all associated bonus funds and winnings voided.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You undertake to keep this information current and to notify BigCash77 promptly of any material changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. BigCash77 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from your failure to maintain password security. You must notify BigCash77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

BigCash77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to state a reason for such refusal.

6 Deposits & Payments

BigCash77 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment channels, subject to availability at the time of transaction:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay
• DuitNow and FPX real-time bank transfers
• Online banking via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards
• Supported cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC)

The minimum single deposit is RM50. Maximum deposit limits may apply at the account or payment method level and will be displayed within your account dashboard. All funds deposited must originate from accounts held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

BigCash77 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of confirmed receipt. BigCash77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the point of dispatch and the point of receipt.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Player's account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible, in order to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

Before any withdrawal is processed, BigCash77 may require the completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This process may require submission of a valid government-issued identification document (such as a MyKad or passport) and proof of address. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays.

BigCash77 targets withdrawal processing within five minutes for verified accounts transacting via standard Malaysian payment methods during normal operating conditions. • Withdrawals of Real Money Funds that are not subject to an active wagering requirement will generally be processed without restriction.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

BigCash77 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. Participation in any promotion is entirely voluntary. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the promotion description before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Standard requirements range from x10 to x30 depending on the promotion type.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per spin or round is RM500, unless a lower limit is specified for a particular promotion. Bets placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Video slots typically contribute 100%. Table games including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion. Typical expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of crediting. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be automatically removed from the account.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the BigCash77 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening, accessing, or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Participating in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.

• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or calculation malfunctions. Any winnings accumulated as a direct result of a known or suspected software error are void and will not be paid.

• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including family members.
• Participating in gambling activities on the Platform while under the age of 21.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the BigCash77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, and user interface designs, is the property of BigCash77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 11 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions. BigCash77 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned downtime in advance.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. BigCash77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

BigCash77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. Gambling should be treated as a form of adult entertainment, not as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. The Platform is available to Players aged 21 and above only.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity in connection with the account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Detection of duplicate account ownership.
• Confirmed underage gambling.

Where an Account is closed as a result of a Player's breach of these Terms, BigCash77 reserves the right to withhold the relevant account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, withheld funds may be forfeited. Where no breach is found, the balance will be returned via the Player's preferred payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting BigCash77 support. Prior to closure, any active wagers will be settled according to their normal terms and any withdrawable balance will be processed.

14 Amendments to These Terms

BigCash77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification, platform notification banner, or both, at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required by regulatory or legal obligation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the BigCash77 website. 15 Governing Law
